Lamp Server
Deployed a fully functional LAMP stack on Ubuntu, configuring Apache web server, MySQL database, and PHP manually following current best practices. Installed and configured each server component individually, gaining hands-on experience with Linux terminal commands and package management tools (e.g., apt). Verified functionality by hosting a test PHP website connected to a MySQL database. Applied system administration skills to manage services, troubleshoot common errors, and secure server access.
Windows Server Web/FTP Setup
Installed and configured Windows Server 2016, setting up essential server roles and services. Deployed the Web Server (IIS) role and customized the default web page to demonstrate successful configuration. Configured and enabled FTP access through IIS, allowing file transfers between client and server. Gained experience with Windows administrative tools, including Server Manager, IIS Manager, and user permission settings.
